Dinner by Alvin Leung

A 3 Michelin Star Chef is visiting town and will be doing a pop-up restaurant at the J W Marriott Juhu.  They have blocked exclusively for the IWFS, Bombay Branch, for 40 pax on Saturday 28th November.  The J W Marriott have also made an exceptional allowance with the wine, so that we'll have a nice line-up to pair the food.

Chef, Alvin Leung from Hong Kong, has earned 3 Michelin Stars for his modern Chinese restaurant, Bo Innovation.  He will present a tasting menu.  Chef Alvin’s flamboyant personality is more than matched by his kitchen skills, earning him the moniker, “The Demon Chef”.

We are still awaiting a menu from the Chef so we are not able to have a fix on the wines.  We expect the dinner to be priced ~ Rs. 12,000/per pax inclusive of the wine.
