NSW Branch Fine Food & Wine Dinner 2026

Aria, Circular Quay

1 Macquarie Street, Sydney, 2000

Thursday 16th April 2026, 6pm

The New South Wales Branch of the International Wine & Food Society invites you to an exclusive Fine Wine Dinner, hosted by Mr Chris Bonsall, in the Harbour Room at Aria — one of Australia’s most celebrated dining rooms, overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Introducing Aria, the Food, and the Wines

Since opening in 1999 under chef Matt Moran, Aria has been a defining presence in Sydney’s fine‑dining landscape. Its contemporary Australian cuisine, shaped by a commitment to exceptional local producers, has earned the restaurant sustained acclaim, including two hats in the Good Food Guide. It provides a fitting setting for an evening that brings together fine food, fine wine, and the company of fellow members.

Aria will prepare a four‑course menu designed to complement the progression of wines. The selection explores contrasting expressions of the same grape variety, pairing Old and New World examples to offer both comparison and contrast as the evening unfolds

We are pleased to welcome Annette Lacey MW, who will join us for the evening and guide us through each of the wine flights
