Bored with Barolo?

Satiated with Sangiovese?

Well, probably not. Nevertheless, this is an opportunity to explore some of Italy’s less well-known wines and regions, paired with a delicious menu prepared by the Chef at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron.

With over 500 native grapes being grown commercially in Italy (more than France, Spain and Greece combined!), an event like this could only ever scratch the surface of what this wonderful country has to offer. Even so, this evening will present a small snapshot of some of the less familiar grapes, wines and regions that stretch from Italy’s Alpine north to the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna.

We look forward to you joining us for this exciting dinner, where hopefully we can all learn something new.
