After a predominantly Italian function in May we now head to the Eastern Suburbs to mix it up a little. St Claude’s has been reinvented under new ownership into a french bistro while still retaining some of the dishes, such as gruyere souffle, that made the restaurant a longstanding favourite. The accompanying wines have come from far and wide, starting with a champagne then traversing Alsace, Rioja, Bierzo, Mosel and finally Griffith!

This will be an evening of excellent food and fine wine in the cosy upstairs of St Claude’s.
