At our May event, Ashly Hicks, recently appointed Executive Chef at Circa The Prince in St Kilda, will be cooking especially for us.

From the Buffalo Club in Brisbane (where he won 2011 Queensland Young Chef of the Year), to his seriously memorable time at the short-lived, The Brix, in Melbourne and now, at Circa, Ashly Hicks has cemented himself as an outstanding chef.

Having worked with some of the top chefs in London and Melbourne, and been awarded Young Chef of the Year, Ashly appears to have a serious cooking talent.  We think you’ll be impressed with this new era at Circa The Prince.
