Another visit to the popular Aspire Restaurant in the Hospitality Training Suite at Trafford College.
Proceedings will start at 18:30 prompt with a Dessert Demonstration in the Demonstration Theatre accompanied by a glass of Prosecco Zellina and "a trio of salmon" canapes.
Dinner will follow and will be an essay in fish and wine pairing.
