Members are invited to savour the tastes of Japan at the popular Leeming Restaurant: Ichirin. Chef Shiro lovingly crafts Japanese food and is passionate about sourcing the freshest WA fish.
Ichirin is small and was once the starting place for Mo of Marumo fame. It is small and can only take 15 diners so it is intimate and attentive to your needs. The omakase menu is unique the day's market produce that only Chef Shiro can provide and design. It is not one you can walk in and order.
This is a way to experience the opportunity to get the best Japanese cuisine that you will truly enjoy and one that will spoil your inner ‘foodie’.
We will of course pair the dishes with wines and tea will be on hand.
