The Showcase will follow a similar format to previous years and will include:
- Apprentices designing the menu, preparing and cooking the meal (we are looking to highlight some of our favourite courses from the last 20 years) ;
- Students/ trainees from TAFE serving the meal;
- An array of selected up and coming young entertainers;
- A parade of the previous year’s overall industry youth award winners;
- Recognition of the Executive Chefs from the last 19 years
