Dear Fellow Members,
Our June function, organized by Mickey and Alfie Garcia, will be a French wine-paired dinner at Metronome, generally considered one of the best fine-dining restaurants in Manila. With a kitchen manned by Chef Miko Calo who worked under Joel Robuchon, a superior dining experience awaits us on June 29. Due to the limited space of the private room which we have booked, this dinner is strictly limited to 12 pax maximum.

Moka: Coffee mousse line, chocolate coffee frenetic, coffee hazelnut chantilly, puff pastry crisp
dessert wine will be changed to a Port.

What: Wine-paired French dinner for fully vaccinated members and guests
When: 6:30 PM, Wednesday, June 29
Where: Metronome. G/F The Grand Midori Makati Bolanos Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City

Assessment: P 6800.00 for members, P 7300.00 for guests
Attire: Smart Casual
Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 12 Noon, Monday, June 27, 2022. Reservations made and not cancelled by the deadline must be paid.

Reservations: Please make your reservations with Alda Navarro at internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com. Strictly only 12 pax maximum for this dinner due to space constraints.

Please provide proof of payment by email to Alda at internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com with your name clearly written. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ALSO SEND AN IMAGE OF YOUR VACCINATION CARD. Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds.  We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila regularly. We encourage everyone to please make your payments before the function to avoid any misunderstandings.
