For August, we will be revisiting an old favorite, Sagana, where Chef Marc Aubry will be preparing a dinner to be paired with Champagne (Chef Marc is from the Champagne region). The dinner will showcase the various styles of champagne and its versatility throughout an entire dinner. However, for those who simply cannot do without some red wine, we will also have a magnum of Chateau d'Issan 2005 on hand.

Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 12 Noon, Monday, August 25, 2025. Reservations made and not cancelled by the deadline must be paid.
