Dear Fellow Members,
Our July function will be a sake-paired dinner featuring the latest progressive Omakase offering from Chef Jorge Mendez of Modan. The menu will take inspiration from Chef Mendez’ travels around Asia. We are quite fortunate to be able to get a booking since the restaurant has a current waiting list of close to 1000 diners. Members should take advantage of this opportunity to be able to dine at one of Manila’s hottest restaurants at the moment.

Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 12 Noon, Friday, July 22, 2024. Reservations made and not cancelled by the deadline must be paid.
