Toronto Ladies Golf Club

This is an exciting opportunity to enjoy an afternoon of 9-holes of golf before our 6:00pm wine/dinner event at the Toronto Ladies Golf Club, thanks to our member and host Lois Cormack.  There is a limited number of golfers that can be accommodated so book early.

Here is the special menu and exciting wine pairings for us to enjoy:
LOCATION: Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto, 7859 Yonge St. Thornhill, ON L3T 2C4
RECEPTION: 6:00pm
DINNER: 6:30pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual for dinner, standard golf attire if playing.


MENU:

Hors d’oeuvres
Smoked salmon, dill & caper cream cheese canapé. Mango & mint shots.
Pinot Grigio poached shrimp, Cajun spice dust with classic gazpacho. Butter Brioche crouton with smoked basil & herb ricotta.
WINE PAIRING: Henri Champliau Brut Rosé Crémant de Bourgogne NV


Amuse Bouche                               
Chef’s Creation, Smoked Beetroot, fresh mint, aged balsamic fig, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seed brittle.
WINE PAIRING:  Knee Deep Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon 2014

Appetizer
Ahi Tuna & compressed cucumber tartar, whipped avocado mousse, smoked dill sour cream, garden chive oil.
