Then, as summer settles in, prepare for a June 23rd AGM and dining experience like no other at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club (RCYC).

IW&FS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: JUNE 23RD, 2026 – WINE TASTING DINNER AT THE ROYAL CANADIAN YACHT CLUB (RCYC), TORONTO.

 

LOCATION: The Royal Canadian Yacht Club (RCYC) – The private RCYC launch will depart from the City Station - 150 Cherry Street, Toronto @ 4:15 PM (arrives to RCYC at 4:45 PM) AND @ 4:45 PM (arrives to RCYC at 5 PM). Please note that the launch leaves from the City Station every half hour at a quarter-to and a quarter-past the hour. Our AGM and dining event will be held in the Harbourview Room on the main floor.

The IWFS  Toronto Branch AGM will start at 5:00 PM for all members, guests can attend; but only paid up members can vote on issues before the Board.

Reception will start at 6:30PM.

Dinner is served  at 7:00PM

 

 

IW&FS Toronto is pleased to announce that this year’s AGM & Wine Tasting Dinner will also include a wonderful escape from the city and breathtaking views as our event will be held at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.

FIVE-COURSE MENU:

·      HORS D’OEUVRES:

Pea & Mint Arancini - Pecorino aioli

Smoked Trout Rillette – Buckwheat blini, dill crème fraîche

Niagara Asparagus & Boursin Tartlet – Crisy prosciutto

Yellowfin Tuna Tartare – Avocado, crispy wonton, yuzu-soy

 

Warm Freshly Baked Breads – Creamery butter

 

 

·      APPETIZER:

Niagara Asparagus & English Peas – 63* Hen’s egg, whipped Burrata, pea tendrils, brown butter sabayon, aged Parmesan crisp

 

·      PASTA:

Hand-Cut Pappardelle – Slow-braised rabbit ragù, Niçoise olives, lemon zest, fresh rosemary, aged Pecorino

 

·      ENTRÈE:

Pan-Seared Atlantic Halibut – Saffron-fennel nage, heirloom, cherry tomato confit, sauce vièrge, crispy capers, basil oil.

 

·      DESSERT:

Niagara Strawberry & Rhubarb Tart – Vanilla crème pâtissière, sweet basil sorbet, pistachio tulle.
