Garden Party Martha & Phil Russel Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023, 3:00PM – 6:00PM

Every year the Russels invite the IWFS Membership to their magnificent home to enjoy their garden in all its resplendent glory. There have been chocolate fountains and h’oeuvre for dying over made with precision in the true Culinary Arts. This event is not to be missed, as some amazing wines appear from your cellar.

 

On September 10th, 2023, IWFS Toronto members will attended the President’s Annual Garden Party. Many thanks to our gracious and lovely hosts, Martie and Phil Russel! On this splendid Summer afternoon (hopefully), along with delicious hors d’oeuvres, many spectacular wines from IWFS Toronto’s cellar will greet the taste buds of enthusiastic members. 

Please join your President Diana Burke and the Board, at the Annual President’s Garden Party, hosted by Martie and Phil Russel. This annual event is always enjoyed as it is a time to rekindle IWFS friendships after an enjoyable summer and welcome our new members.

Our Chef for this event is Tim Schultz, he has left the Auberge and is now a personal chef and event specialist and special to our event.

CHEF TIM SCHULTE

Tim Schulte comes from Germany, where he worked for over a decade in top restaurants. In 2013, he was awarded the distinction of ‘Best Chef of the Year,’ and after winning the award went on to work alongside the celebrity chef and restaurant owner Tim Mälzer in Hamburg. Tim worked in Vancouver for a brief time with a stint at Bauhaus before crossing the Pacific to work under Chef Neale White as Sous Chef in Melbourne and helped to open 12 Micron in Sydney with New Zealand chef Andrew McCrea.
