What better way to end a freezing week of Snowmageddon than a COMPLIMENTARY Virtual Wine and Cheese Tasting Event from IW&FS Toronto?!? 

To indulge your penchant for the savoury, in a most international way, your IWFS Toronto Board has created a delectable Wine and Cheese tasting kit* for each member and for Members only.

This will be a ZOOM EVENT- Board Member Rob Reynolds will be addressing the notes of the wines and cheeses in your kit.

When: Thursday, January 27th, 2022, 6:30 PM

Cheese: Tomme de Savoie (Cow, unpasteurized)

Wine pairing: 2018 Domaine du Pélican Arbois Savagnin Ouillé (Jura)

– From Spain:

Cheese: Kamiku (Sheep, unpasteurized)

Wine pairing: 2016 Bodegas Ortega Ezquerro ‘Don Quintin’ Blanco Viura/Malvasia (Rioja)

–From Canada:

Cheese: Lenberg Farms Aged Cheddar (Goat, pasteurized)

Wine pairing: 2002 Angel’s Gate Winery Angels III Meritage (Ontario)

–From Italy:

Cheese: Taleggio di Lombardia (Cow, pasteurized)

Wine pairing: 2000 Cesari Ripasso Superiore Mara (Valpolicella)

–From Portugal/UK:

Cheese: UK Blue Stilton (Cow, pasteurized)

Wine pairing: NV Martha’s Port (Douro)

*All kits will also have 10 crackers for the cheese (La Panzanella croccatini originals).
