Have any of you tried to match diverse spirits with food? Well, Mike Mass was crazy enough to try it and those who joined him at this event were able to sample a little of the craziness. Having been enabled by his co-chair, Michael DeVault and the Spirits expert from Southern Wines, we sampled various spirits - vodka, tequila, scotch, bourbon, rye and rum with outstanding courses prepared by Executive Chef Mike Jablonski. Although there was wine available for the "faint hearted", none was requested. Another great evening at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club!
