Our first event of 2011 provides a link to many previous functions. Brasserie 44 restaurant manager, Steve Ridealgh, was a crucial part of the success of Pool Court - at one time the only Michelin starred restaurant in Leeds. Steve helped Pool Court move from its original location in Wharfedale to the private dining room at Brasserie 44 which we will be using.
Since then Steve has ensured that Brasserie 44 maintains a consistently high standard, and, as he has helped with a number of our anniversary and other dinners, including our 40th anniversary, we are delighted to enlist his help again.
