There has been a fishmongers on this site for fifty years but today there is a another gem, hidden behind the fish counter is a taste-fully decorated bright modern restaurant. Jon & Stacey Crouch who used to own the Wistaria in Lymington are now in partnership with chef David Wykes who has trained in Michelin star restaurants throughout France and the UK. David takes modern concepts and combines them with classic combinations of flavours to create a clean and innovative taste using the finest ingredients. David has put together an eclectic menu to satisfy the meat lovers as well as the fish lovers amongst us.

We will meet at 11-30am in the fish shop and Stacy will give us a talk about the different fish and the preparation etc. We will then enjoy a glass of Prosecco with some canapés before indulging in the following menu with all the trimmings. Your choice of drinks with the meal will be left to you as there will be drivers amongst us. David has an interesting and reasonably priced wine list.
