Each year the branch organises either a weekend visit to interesting areas of the UK or an overseas tour.

The Nare Hotel (Nov 2014)

This branch organised holiday included four nights of old-fashioned luxury in one of the finest hotels in Cornwall, The Nare at Veryan.

The hotel sits on cliffs overlooking Carne Beach and Bay, and is conveniently placed for St Mawes, the Roseland Peninsula, and the National Trust property at Trellissick. See their website: www.narehotel.co.uk

Puglia (Oct 2015)

This year the branch visited Puglia in Italy. Puglia is a southern Italian region boasting wonderful food, a rich history, beautiful towns to visit... and a few surprises! Puglia is becoming more and more recognised due to its unique characteristics, but being the road less travelled can still be challenging to navigate independently. This 7 day tour was a chance for the branch to fully experience this fascinating region, with each day including organised activities, visits to all the key sights and a progressive discovery of the local cuisine.
