Dear Members,

We are continuing our lovely program of cooking masterclasses later this month. These have been so well received in the past that we are delighted to be able to offer more.

Coming up, we are going to show you how to prepare a three course Normandy inspired menu, along with matching accompaniments. In this class you will see how to prepare:

•  Entrée : Double baked three cheese soufflé
•  Main Plate: Fennel and Bay rubbed pork fillet with creamy cider sauce
•  Dessert : Honey panacotta with warm Madeleines

We will also start with some delicious cheese sablés to enjoy with our Champagne while we watch the dishes being prepared.

Of course you will all get to taste all of these dishes as we will enjoy a delicious supper using what has been prepared, together with a selection of matching wines.

All processes will be demonstrated and we will discuss possible variations as we go.

Your presenter on 27th October will be our member Jane Webster, who runs The French Table. She is an amazing cook, having published several books on French Cooking. She also teaches cooking and runs wine and food tours in France for several months each year. We are very blessed to have someone like Jane to run this class. Only 10 attendees can be accommodated so be quick to book.
