IWFS KL Marco Polo Duck and Pinot - Quacking Cantonese Cuisine!!

A very good night at the Marco Polo Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. Excellent tasting and well prepared/presented variations on Duck bits matched with some lovely Pinots Around The World. Naturally everyone played "which wine is best" and everyone came out with different preferences. They all had their own characters - but the NSG did it all for me - layers on layers of chewy fruit and silky tannins - lovely, lovely wine. Food ranged from very good to brilliant tasting and all matched well with the wines. The vast majority of the attendees came forward to say how much they thoroughly enjoyed the evening. As did I.
