Opening Dinner at Maison Boulud – 20 October 2012
With eleven founding members, all great wine and food enthusiasts, the new Beijing City branch held its Opening Dinner at Maison Boulud in Beijing. Maison Boulud, which offers fine French cuisine, is located in a majestic manor house (formerly the US Embassy) adjacent to Tiananmen Square. It was a perfect venue for this auspicious occasion, providing an inspired seven course menu and complemented with some very serious wines to mark the event.
