Members of the IWFS Toronto Branch gathered at the elegant Carisma Restaurant for an intimate autumn dinner celebrating Italian cuisine at its finest. The evening featured a multi-course tasting menu prepared with exceptional attention to detail, accompanied by lively conversation and the warmth of good company.

Antipasto Platters

- Galleto al Mattone: Oven-Roasted Free-Range Half Chicken with White Wine & Lemon Herb Jus or
- Filetto di Manzo: Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Barolo Wine Reduction or
- Branzino: Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Lemon
