EVENT DESCRIPTION:

 

In 2010, three young, but experienced partners began the Pubbelly group of restaurants in order to brino Miami chef-driven food for locals in a tavern setting, i.e. a gastropub.  The trend had been strong in Chicago and New York City, but yet to arrive in Miami.  They’ve had great success, and our venue is their fifth restaurant. Located in the former Joe Allen’s space in Sunset Harbor, on the quiet west side of Miami Beach, PB Steak is a casual, fun restaurant with vintage industrial design and where steak is a specialty, but not the only focus.

We’ll have our dinner in the gastropub style: communal seating and family-style serving.  Managing partner, Andreas Schreiner, has cherry-picked many of the favorite dishes and will have them served in four waves.  At the reception, we will start with their signature ceviche tacos and steak tartar sliders. Chorizo/dates and pork cheek ravioli will follow, and be followed by two salads. Along with roast vegetable and potato sides, two steaks will be served in the meat course:  their specialty bone-in rib-eye and sirloin.  Save room for dessert.

As there will be several flavors throughout, we will have a number of wines to pour and pass.  

Join us for lots of different foods and wines… in a restaurant that’s the rage for the 30-40 year old crowd.
