We know and love the cuisine at the Palme d’Or, and we have found our way back to their door for our grand Holiday event. Zagat accurately says “Perfection on a plate is what this over-the-top elegant destination at Coral Gables' grand Biltmore Hotel delivers with its stunning New French cuisine.” From start to finish we are choosing worthy pairings from our cellar, from tête de cuvée Champagne to the marquee wine, the 1982 Grand-Puy-Lacoste, described by Parker as “absolutely spectacular” and a “tour de force in winemaking”.
