Celebrity Chef Sam Choy hosted and prepared the IW&FS Lake Tahoe's Fall Food and Wine Experience at his newest restaurant in Incline Village's fabulous and new bowling alley, Bowl Incline. Ohana Diner's Sam Choy went over the top with one of the best dinners ever served at an IW&FS LT events. Owner, Steve Tomkovics, his family and his staff showed Incline Village Incline Bowl is an upscale venue and the top shelf ability and class to pull off a five star event. Incline Village is very proud to have Sam, Steve, family and staff here in the "Jewel Of The Sierra."

The evening started with passed hors d'oeuvres serving up Hawaiian Style Garlic Chicken Bites  and Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce paired with Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec, 2018 Darioush Napa Valley Chardonnay and our secret End of Bin reds. Our next course was a Charred and Chilled Romaine Garden Salad With Cherry Tomatoes, picked Cucumbers, Watermelon and Radishes with Lilikoi Vinaigrette and Sweet Bread Croutons paired with a 2020 Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling. The entree was an incredible New Zealand Nut Crusted Salmon with Sauteed Spinach and Creamy Roasted Mash Potatoes paired with a 2018 Stoller Dundee Hill Pinot Noir and a 2018 Pyramid Valley Pinot Noir Central Otago New Zealand. Dessert was a Chocolate Surprise paired with a 2017 Croft Port.
