Sonoma Wine Country Trip

Dear IW&FS Members,

Our June Event this year will be a Sonoma Wine Country Trip beginning Thursday, June 14th and ending Sunday, June 17th. This year we will explore the world-class wines of Sonoma County, the rural and still magical wine country less than an hour north of San Francisco.

We will fly into San Francisco and visit Sonoma Valley and Dry Creek, as we take the “wine road” through the quaint town of Sonoma on our way to tranquil Healdsburg, where we will stay at the Hotel Healdsburg. Located on the Healdsburg historic town square, Hotel Healdsburg has been chosen for the third year in a row as one of the Top 100 Best Hotels in the World by Conde Nast Traveler.

The cost will be $2300.00 per person; double occupancy, which includes:

␣ Gourmet Continental Breakfasts ␣ Picnic Lunch ␣ Special Tours & Wine Tastings

*** Please note that you are responsible for any additional hotel charges including room service, phone calls, mini

bar items, movies, spa, etc.

A deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve your place. This trip is limited to 40 people and will fill up fast, so only those that Denise Welch has received deposits or full payment from are confirmed on the list.

Due to TSA requirements, passengers flying with the group will need to provide #1 Full legal name, as it appears on their government issued ID, #2 Date of birth, #3 Gender, and #4 Redress number (if applicable). If you are a Continental One Pass member or United Mileage Plus member, please provide that number, as well.
