Joy Fontes-Rothwell Classical Dinner

 Dear Wine & Food Society Friends,

Please join us for the 3rd Joy Fontes-Rothwell Classical Black-Tie Dinner on Saturday the 24th of March, at the Manor House, on the campus of the Houstonian. Chef Stacy Campos has prepared an exquisite six-course menu to highlight our fabulous wines, all rated 91 or better.

Stacy has been at the Houstonian for four years, and prior to that, had stints on Fisher Island, as well as the Ritz-Carlton Miami.

The evening will kick off at 6:30 pm with the outstanding 2002 Roederer L’Ermitage sparkler. Dinner will follow at 7:15 pm promptly, wrapping up with a sensational Historic Series Boston Bual Madeira purchased from the Rare Wine Company.

So join me as we honor Joy (she would have recently turned 99), and please send your check in right away, as this event is limited to 50 members and guests.
