Dear IW&FS Members,
Check your inventory for the New Year! You are invited to take a peek into the wine cellar of our Houston Chapter on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. It's time to rouse some of our Bordeaux's from their slumber to see how well they are aging. We will check up on 9 different wines with vintages from 1998 to 2004 from 5 different regions of Bordeaux.
This will be a focused tasting starting promptly at 6:30PM with discussion, followed by tasting the wines at your leisure along with foods prepared to match the wines by the Culinary Institute LeNôtre. Please note that there is no opening wine during the discussion, as we are saving your palate for the tasting. This very special tasting is limited to the first 30 paid respondents. Price is $79/member and $109 for guests. Business casual attire is requested. Culinary Institute LeNotre is located at 7070 Allensby Street (77022), North Loop near I-45 (North Freeway).
