Make Ready For Oregon!
The dates for our Oregon Wine Country trip are July 20 – 22, 2017. As mentioned in an earlier notification, the bus will leave the Portland airport as soon as we get luggage loaded at about 12:40PM. If you arrive by other means and you intend to be on the bus, please arrive prior to our 12:40pm departure.
Travel is on your own. Everyone has different schedules, flight points and vacation plans, so do what is best and most cost efficient for you. The recommended flights are:
Thursday, July 20 9:05AM – 11:40AM United Flight 1938W – IAH to Portland
Sunday, July 23 12:30PM – 6:35PM United Flight 1888Q – Portland to IAH
The total cost for this event is only $1,300 per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are $1,450 per person. There will be no neckties or blazers. We must have a head count for the hotel by June 15th, so please send a $650.00 deposit to Denise Welch to reserve your spot. The remainder will be due by July 15, 2017.
