Dear Wine and Food Society Friends,
A most spectacular event awaits you next month. Please plan to wear medallions to join the celebration that will take place on Sunday, December 4. Attire is black-tie optional and encouraged. Our venue is the incomparable Artisans Restaurant with entertainment again to be provided by Virtuosi. Chef/Owner Jacques Fox has most graciously agreed to open the restaurant just for our event, which he describes as a tasting as much as a dinner.
A superb selection of passed Hors d’oeuvres at the reception will be followed with a caviar-based Amuse-Bouche from Chef Fox to start our dinner. The next five courses will showcase Foie Gras, Seafood, Beef, Cheese & Salad, finishing with the most unbelievable dessert creation you can imagine.
To accompany these fine food creations, we will have six different wines. Please note that all wines are French and all wines are rated at least 90+. The wines and food courses have been selected with substantial personal input from Chef Fox to provide a marvelous pairing of food and wine for our tasting delight.

Our evening will begin at 5:30 pm with the reception. Throughout the evening, the music of the Virtuosi will add to the unique ambiance. Valet parking will be provided.
The cost for our Holiday Dinner will be $160 for members and $210 for guests. Please bear in mind that the pricing is only possible due to a per member subsidy from the chapter to help balance the budget. We will be enjoying some exceptional wines during the event.
