Join us at Ristorante Santucci to celebrate the Holiday Season with a special dinner -- Cenne della Feste in Sicilia -- prepared by Emilio Santucci, the restaurant's owner and chef. His culinary journey began in Sicily alongside his brother. After refining his skills in some of Europe’s most acclaimed hotels and restaurants, Chef Santucci brought his passion for authentic Italian cuisine to Palm Beach, opening Ristorante Santucci in 2014. The holiday menu will showcase the best of Sicilian tradition — freshly sourced meats and seafood, artisanal house-made pastas, and seasonal specialties — each dish crafted with care and inspired by the flavors of Sicily. The wines have been selected by Gianluca Lavigna.
We will start the festivities on the patio with amuse bouche served with a sparkling Franciacorta Rosé, In addition, we are grateful to Chicago Branch Members Jamie and Linda Garard for bringing a magnum of 1998 Veuve La Grand Dame Rose in honor of the birthday of Madame Clicquot (Barbe Nicole Clicquot Ponsardin), who was born on this day in 1777.
Moving inside, we'll begin with Antipasati Misti, a tantalizing selection of meats and cheeses from Italy, perfectly complemented by the effervescent Loredan Gasparini Asolo Prosecco. We'll then delight our palates with the delicate flavors of Carpaccio di Capesante (Scallop Carpaccio) paired with the elegant Etna Bianco Firriato (2023). Next, we'll savor the rich and earthy tones of the Mezzaluna di Osso-buco (Veal Osso-buco) alongside the velvety Rocche Costamagna Langhe Nebbiolo (2021). Our main course, a succulent Stincho di Agnello al Timo (lamb shank), paired with the bold Primitivo Blend "1952" (2022), will transport us to culinary bliss. Finally, we will conclude our dining experience on a sweet note with the decadent Cannoli al Pistachio, perfectly paired with the luscious Passito di Pantelleria.
