Did you miss your Caribbean Getaway this year? Come away with us (Virtually) to the beautiful Island of Jamaica and enjoy the best of Half Moon Resort and its restaurant Delmare. It is part of their newest neighborhood, ‘Eclipse at Half Moon’; the culmination of a 6 year plan and many millions of investment. They have two miles of white sands of this tropical island – and wonderful dining. On your own or with vaccinated friends share this virtual cooking class and enjoy eating and toasting together again!
Delmare’s chef, Claudio Facchinetti, will prepare Cioccolato Pasta for us via video from his kitchen on the ocean at Delmare. You can make the pasta along with him or just enjoy watching and instead, purchase readymade chocolate pasta. Chef Claudio will also make a live Zoom appearance to discuss how to serve this savory treat with various possible recipes…a dish that will wow your friends and delight your palette.
We will suggest wine pairings that you can purchase at your favorite wine shop or your cellar. Or you can always serve Red Stripe Beer…the wine of Jamaica!
To prepare for the event…just purchase your ingredients for the pasta, then watch the Zoom and video presentations and share the fun of creating a special dinner with friends.
