On June 29, we enjoyed another special dinner at Siena Ristorante Toscana. The Chapter had voted Siena our favorite event of 2011 and once again Chef Harvey Harris met our high expectations. Host Vince DiLoreto presented the award, an IW&FS Certificate of Excellence, to Siena that evening. Chef Harris studied classic Italian cuisine in the Piedmont and worked as a professional chef in Tuscany. The menu again showcased their tastes of Tuscany. Doors to our event openned at 7:00 pm with a variety of canapés and a glass of Chianti.
