On May 16, 2012, the Austin Branch enjoyed its monthly event at Jasper’s Austin in the Domain.  Our Cellarmaster Austan Librach worked with Jasper’s to feature the “gourmet backyard cooking” of renowned Iron Chef winner, Kent Rathbun.  The great springtime menu follows.  Chef Rathbun, an Iron Chef America winner and four-time James Beard Award nominee, wanted the Jasper’s menu to reflect a “home cooking” style with the best of America’s regional cuisine, and that is well expressed in the menu that follows.
