Thanks, Mariela and Dennis Dyer, for the amazing parade of Tomodachi Sushi’s signature dishes.  Each was perfectly balanced with respect sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami.  And each was almost too beautiful to eat.  Cellarmaster Austan Librach and Host Dennis Dyer did an incredible job pairing the wines!  Everyone left, vowing to go back.
