IWFS Arkansas will be returning to Petit | Keet for our 5th Anniversary Dinner. This will be the club’s third dinner at Petit | Keet, an award-winning restaurant known for its exceptional cuisine, unique flavors, unusual wine pairings, and the use of local ingredients. If you are new to Petit and Keet, it offers a sophisticated yet comfortable setting, making it the perfect spot for a fun dinner with friends, and the reason our club wants to return year after year.
Thanks to Wine Manager/Sommelier Susie Long, the theme will be Traditional vs. Modern Winemaking, which should lend itself to some interesting conversations, as we enjoy two wines per course. "We will be exploring winemaking techniques – Traditional leaning more into natural/non-interventionist and Modern utilizing current technologies. Not natural wine vs. “unnatural” but more of an exploration of why winemakers make the choices they do."
We will begin the evening at 5:30 pm with welcome bubbles, compliments of John Trickett.
