Lunch amongst the Bluebells ?

Theme Lunch amongst the Bluebells ?
Venue Bluebells Restaurant & Bar
Location Shrubbs Hill, London Road, Sunningdale, SL5 0LE
Date Jul 14, 2012
Time 12:30
Host Pam Brunning
Chef Adam Turley

Our next event is only just round the corner from Coworth park where we enjoys lunch earlier in the year.

Bluebells has been open for seven years and has built up a reputation for its superb food particularly for its lunch menu at a reasonable price. We went for lunch to try it out and were very impressed with the quality of the food, the size of the portions - not too big but not tidily bits as is often the case in Michelin starred establishments these days. The service was also the best we have seen for a long time - Sid was very impressed!! We did discover afterwards we were being served by the owner John Rampello. John with his Head Chef Adam Turley, who has worked in several Michelin starred restaurants, and a competent team in the kitchen run a very tight ship. It is a beautiful restaurant and on a hot summers day it is very enjoyable out on the terrace or cool and airy inside.
