Our next event is dinner at the Guildhall Tavern in the Old Town of Poole, which will be well known to many of you.  It is a traditional French-style seafood restaurant which has been run by Frederic and Severine since 2000 and has earned an enviable reputation for the quality of its cuisine and service.  Chef Frederic takes pride in using a superb range of fresh locally-sourced produce, particularly fish and other seafood, to create classic dishes with characteristic French flair and presentation.  Severine and the other front-of-house staff take great pleasure in their clients’ eating experience and aim to combine efficient and professional service with a warm and friendly atmosphere.  Frederic, in conjunction with organisers Brenda and Mike Pike, has produced a wonderful menu for us with an excellent range of choices and I’m sure this will be a memorable evening.
