The Lunch at the The Jetty, Christchurch Harbour Hotel, turned out to be an excellent event. We were blessed with glorious winter sunshine enhancing the outstanding views across the harbour towards the Purbecks. The superb apéritif was a Classic Cuvée from the Furleigh Estate, Dorset. Alex Aitken rose to the occasion and provided us with a series of memorable dishes. We wish him success in his new venue and vow to return.
