AGM & Chinese Lunch

We have decided to return to Hyn’s  for our AGM.  The event will take the usual format with about twenty minutes business followed by lunch.  We will be drinking Hugel Gewurztraminer, to match the spicy food, throughout the meal, a red from the list will also be available. The menu will be from their two banquet selections as below. No you don’t have to choose everyone can try everything and there will be plenty of choice for all.  We have had this selection on previous occasions and it has proved immensely popular.  We have chosen Hyn’s as it is relative quiet on a Saturday lunch time and we get excellent service and a great atmosphere with a large party.  I do hope to see as many of you as possible, it should make a fun addition to the December festivities. Please note there is ample parking outside the restaurant and Ascot  station, on the main Waterloo to Reading line, is only ten minutes walk.  All members are welcome to the AGM even if you do not wish to stay for lunch.
