Well our AGM at Hyn’s went very well and was a great success. After my appeal for someone to come forward and organize an event Hugh Edwards has put together a visit to the Boathouse at Henley for us. So here it is.

Shaun has put together another interesting menu for us. We will start with a glass of Prosecco and then go on to have wine with the starter and main course, The menu wil be as follows

TORCHED SALMON

Saffron, confit leek, crispy skin, fennel

LAMB

Roasted belly, kidney, salsify, sea vegetable

BLOOD ORANGE

Parfait, dried chocolate, chocolate sorbet

This will be followed by tea or coffee

There will be canapés to start and I expect a predessert so come along and enjoy a slap up lunch at a very reasonable price.

Time: 12.30pm for 1pm
