Michel Lemoine originally studied cookery in his native France , he came to London in the 1980s to work with such illustrious names as the Roux Brothers, Alistair Little, and with Simon Hopkinson at Bibendum.
Moving to the West Country in the 90s, he joined Bristol’s Glass Boat as head chef. He now owns Michels's Kitchen and we are looking forward to having a private lunch at his restaurant
