The final function for 2010 for the Saigon Branch is our Christmas Dinner at L'Oliviers restaurant at the Sofitel Plaza Saigon. Starting with a foie gras collection, we will move on to salmon tartare, a velvety curried pumkin dish and then to a traditional Christmas dish of roast turkey. We will finish with a Christmas log cake. Some fabulous French wines will accompany the menu for this very special dinner.
