On Monday August 13, IWFS Manila Ladies will hold a Private Dinner by Chef Hylton Le Roux. Hylton is a South African chef now based in Manila. He has a well-reviewed TV cooking show and is also a successful private caterer. He has cooked extensively in London, most notably at The Fat Duck.
