A stunning inaugural dinner for the Phuket Branch was held on 21st August 2014. Dusit D2 was the venue - a fabulous choice for a grand, black tie opening event. Click here for the menu. You will see that the founding members and guests were offered an outstanding selection of dishes and matching wines. Well done to Brian Connelly, Founding President, for putting all of the building blocks in place to make this happen with such panache. Congratulations to Kelly Lewis on the fabulous venue and menu, and to Jon Hyams for an inspired choice of wines to match these dishes. The Champagne and Barolo in particular were out of this world. The evening finished late, no one remembers exactly when - a sign that the evening was a blast. The photos seem to make that clear.
