IWFS Bangkok are very pleased to announce their International Wine & Food Society dinner at La Bottega.
La Bottega is owned and run by Chef Luca who, for those who have eaten his food, is one of Bangkok’s premier Italian Chefs with his restaurants designing and producing excellent food in a delightful environment (we had the private room for this event).
Our wines are all from Italy for this dinner with, as our mandate to educate ourselves of wines from the Region, one locally produced wine. We are working with vineyards now in not just Thailand, but also Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam. Some of these will truly surprise.

Wines: Another impeccable selection from our Cellar Master and Club Secretary, however, these were blind tasted on the evening and revealed with tasting notes after the cheese course was served. Score cards were in the order of the evening and our Cellar Master and Club Secretary commented on the wines throughout the dinner. Please view the wines and notes here.
