The Holiday Season got off on the right foot as the DC Chapter celebrated Dinner number 551 at Charlie Palmer Steak. Rising Star Honoree Chef Matt Hill working with our own Geoff Kaplan provided the members and guests with a Christmas theme dinner. The night began with a lovely Cured Salmon paired with Champagne and progressed through Sablefish to Goose and finally to a beautiful Beef Tenderloin. Wines from our cellar included reds from Tuscany and Oregon. This was an outstanding December Dinner Event, as not only was the food impeccably prepared, but the service was outstanding being both attentive and timely. Season Greetings to all!!
