Our Fall Feast was a memorable dinner in Martin Lumet and Chef Patrick Orange’s French Country Inn, La Chaumiere. Chef Patrick Orange created a sumptuous fall feast including Branzino, Quail and Venison. We concluded the the meal with a very special cheese course The meal was paired by some very special wines including a 2006 Puligny-Montrachet, a 2009 Rochioli Pinot Noir, and a 1998 Château Quinault l’Enolos.
