Another great dinner for the Washington DC Chapter at Marcel’s Restaurant with the award winning Chef Robert Wiedmaier, his Chef de Cuisine Paul Stearman, Sommelier Moez Ben Achour and master of the house Maitre d’ Adnan Kebaier. Robert never disappoints and this meal was outstanding. The great pairing of the evening had to be the Roasted Squab and the Pommard Epenots Louis Jadot 2003. Wow!
