There are many styles of Chinese cuisine, one of them being that of Chiuchow a city in the eastern Guangdong province of China. We will experience some of this style at a 10-course dinner, together with a selection of fine whiskies and wine, after a whisky presentation and cocktail from member and master Sommelier Leagh Barkley. This event has been especially requested by members following a highly enjoyable gin presentation at The Sequel and promises to be an evening to remember.
